Over the first four seasons, Stranger Things has killed off many characters including Barb, Bob, Billy, and Alexei. Now as we go into Volume 2 on season 4, there are many characters that are in danger and one of them is Steve.

In episode 6 Steve was attacked by several Demobats in the Upside Down.  At the end of episode 7, Steve is alive and well, but it’s unclear if the Demobat attack will lead to further danger. Robin (Maya Hawke) also tells about her fear of rabies regarding Steve’s bat attack wounds.

Talking about the fate of Steve, Matt Duffer told TVLine, “Everybody’s always worried about Steve. I love it. We always have to beat Steve up somehow, so certainly the Demobats have done that job pretty well already this season.” Ross Duffer in turn said, “It feels wrong to say ‘excited,’ but I’m excited that people are concerned. And they should be concerned going into the final two episodes for everybody.”

Stranger Things fans are now concerned that Steve’s time in Stranger Things might be running out.
