Warning: Major Stranger Things 4 spoilers ahead

Stranger Things fans are speculating that Lucas (Caleb McLaughlin) might be in danger after they have spotted a key detail in a behind-the-scenes video from the Netflix series.

Netflix released an exclusive behind the scenes clip on Twitter. We get to see the cast at work, preparing for the shoot. However, some fans noticed one particular moment from the video, when Caleb McLaughlin joins Gaten Matarazzo in the makeup trailer. Fans who have watched season 4 spotted a specific detail that made them think back to earlier moments when characters were possessed by the evil Vecna.

When characters like Max, Fred, Chrissy, and Nancy, were taken over by Vecna in earlier episodes, their eyes turned white colour as they lost consciousness moments before getting killed or in a rare case getting escaped.

In the video, Caleb had to put contacts in his eyes to alter his appearance for an upcoming scene. Now fans are concerned that he might be Vecna's next victim. You can watch the video below.

Some fans took to Twitter to discuss the potential spoiler.

"See, now ya'll have me scared for Lucas," tweeted one worried fan.

Another added,

"Why would they spoil that," asked a second.

And a third added: "Right??? Like there's no other reason why Lucas would be wearing contacts?? And the way Gaten reacted to how the contacts looked.... they're definitely the possessed contacts that Max, Nancy and the other Vecna victims had to use."
