What is Stranger Things Day?

In the first episode of Stranger Things season 1, Will Byers (Noah Schnapp) goes missing after being snatched away by Demogorgon. Will’s friends and family head out on a search to find him. Thus, it was the day that started the whole story, and fans all over the world celebrate it as Stranger Things Day.

In the past, the showrunners have released new content for the fans on that day. In 2019, the makers released blooper reels, new merchandise, and even the reveal of Stranger Things Season 4’s first episode title, ‘The Hellfire Club.’

The excitement is more this year as there’s been such a considerable wait for season 4. Stranger Things season 4 filming was delayed in February 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic. Later it was announced that season 4 will arrive in 2022. Now the question is can the fans get some big news on Nov. 6, 2021?

Netflix released the last teaser trailer on 25 September 2021 at the fan event TUDUM. Before the event, several people thought that they would get an official release date or a full-length trailer. None of that happened, which left some disappointed. However, Netflix might have planned something to make it up.

It’s been speculated that we will get a season 4 poster on Stranger Things Day. Now there are rumors that Netflix will announce the release date. It will not be a surprise if they do so as the show is currently in post-production. Releasing information like a trailer or a specific release date would keep the excitement for season 4.
