Another leak from last year has confirmed that Steve will survive the Stranger Things finale. Leaked photos from the Season 5 sets showed Steve after visiting Dustin Henderson at his college. The scene is apparently after a time jump and is part of the epilogue of Stranger Things 5.

As far Jonathan Byers is concerned, his fate remains uncertain. While there is a chance that Nancy could stay with him, it is also possible that Jonathan will be killed off, which would leave Nancy single again by the end of the series.
