Netflix has once again suffered a security breach, resulting in the new leaks of the Stranger Things season 5. This time, the new assets from Season 5 Volume 2 were leaked on the internet.

Back in February, Netflix’s internal platform was breached by a hacker who gained access to sensitive material for season 5. The portal was designed to share production materials with third-party vendors for merchandising. This resulted in the leak of crucial details, including the plot details, images and major spoilers for season 5.

A fresh batch of leaks focusing on Volume 2 of Stranger Things 5 has hit the web. The source of the leaks appears to be the same as before and includes the character guides, merch images, artworks, and posters. While we won’t reveal any major spoilers, here are some cool insights into the final season.

The new leaks have revealed that the main tagline for season 5 will be “One Last Adventure”. Netflix will be selling merch tied to WSQK Radio Station, the Hellfire Club and Hawkins Tigers, which will be in stores from October 1, 2025. Additionally, there are also some pretty vibrant new posters for season 5 in the leaked document.

After the images quickly went viral on the internet, Netflix started filing DMCA takedown requests. Still, the damage was already done.

Leaks like these are likely to continue in the coming days. As we’ve mentioned before, Netflix’s lack of official updates has only fueled fans’ hunger for content. While some feel that engaging with leaks is unethical, it’s been nearly three years since season 4 aired. Hence, it’s easy to see why anticipation is at an all-time high.

The filming for season 5 wrapped up in December 2024 and there is no promo so far from Netflix. But things are likely to change pretty soon, as we heard that the release date announcement is on the horizon. It will be followed by the official trailer during the TUDUM event on May 31, 2025.
